Outlook Solution: How to Prevent Notification Emails from Going to Junk
Solution for Outlook:
1. Log in to your Outlook account
2. In the top right corner of the mailbox interface, select "Settings"
3. In the Settings window, select "Mail" and then click "Junk Email"
4. Scroll down to "Safe Senders and Domains"
5. Click "Add" and enter "shengsho.com"
6. After pressing Enter, click "Save"
After completing the above steps, Outlook will not filter emails from senders on the whitelist into the Junk Email folder.
